Why the offer of Sub-Website?

We can offer you Sub-Website with every leaflet print job you assign with us, for those of you who have not had a website this will provide exposure of your business via the web. For those who already have a website this could be another advertising channel via our network.

Can I get a Sub-website if I don't print with you?

Yes. you can, we charge £35.00 administration charge. This will give you the Basic Home page for your shop or business, you can email us your shop information for advertise on the page together with your menu, we can also accommodate up to a maximum of 5 photo shots of your business or shop for the website. (Please supply the photo on a high quality specs). For ease of receipt you can send these photos on a CD.

What happens if I change my menu?

If you print with us, there is NO Charge, but if you just want to change the menu, It will cost £4.99 for administration charge.

What do I have to do if I want to update my menu?

Simply send your new menu with the cheque for £4.99 to RiverOne. PO Box 735. CAMBRIDGE. CB1 0QH..

How do we pay you?

You can either make payments in the form of a cheque payable to RiverOne. (Please put your company name and telephone on the back of the cheque so that we can verify the sender) and send it to RiverOne RiverHouse 395 Edgware Road London NW9 6NJ. Alternatively, you can make payment directly into our bank account. Riverone, HSBC. Sort code 40-20-16 Account number: 6180 7897.

How long does it take to get the sub-website up and running?

We will try to send you the proof with in 7 working days from receipt of payment. Once the proof of the sub-website has been agreed, we aim to go live with in 5 working days. (Most of the time it does not take that long, but there are instances where delays may occur due to specific requirements or during our busy period, which ever is the situation we will notify you first).

What Sub-Website name I going to get?

We will try to get you the name of your business or restaurant or takeaway, but as the names of these businesses can be common and popular we may have to make some amendments, however we will notify you first.

Why is the hosting FREE?

To keep the cost low for you we encourage third party advertising on the bottom of your domain page and hence our saving is therefore past down to you as customers.
